AI Logo Animation Generator

A logo animation is a small piece of brand behavior: how the mark arrives, how it settles, and how quickly it gets out of the way. You usually do not need a full motion-design project to get a useful reveal for a product page, a video intro, or a social post.

This workflow starts from a still logo image and adds motion around it. The goal is a short, controlled reveal that keeps the mark recognizable, not a new logo generated from scratch.

Made for

  • Founders who need a simple intro without a motion designer
  • Designers prototyping a reveal before building it by hand
  • Small teams producing consistent social and product videos

Start with a clean, simple mark

A flat logo on a plain background is easier to animate than a busy lockup with small type. Export a square PNG with transparent or solid edges, avoid tiny legal text, and keep the mark centered. If the logo has fine details, test a short clip first and check whether those details survive the motion.

Animate the arrival, not the whole brand

A light sweep, a gentle scale-up, and a small particle drift are enough for a five-second reveal. Ask for the logo shape and proportions to stay unchanged, and explicitly exclude extra text, new symbols, and watermarks. If the model tries to redraw the mark, simplify the prompt and reduce the amount of motion.

Prompt recipe

Animate the uploaded logo mark with a subtle premium reveal: a soft light sweep across the surface, a gentle scale-up, a few floating dust particles, a dark gradient background, keep the logo shape and proportions unchanged, no text, no extra symbols, no watermark, five seconds.

Keep the light sweep and the scale-up. Remove the particles if the mark has thin lines; particles can pull attention away from small details.

How this workflow works

1

Start from the right mode

The page opens the workspace in text-to-video, image-to-video, or reference-to-video mode. That choice decides whether the model starts from words, a still image, or a set of references.

2

Keep the starter prompt or rewrite it

The loaded prompt describes a subject, a camera move, lighting, and a visual style. Replace the subject and setting with your own, but keep the structure so the model still has clear direction.

3

Review the first clip before scaling

Generate one short clip, check the motion and subject consistency, then adjust one variable at a time. Once the look is stable, reuse the prompt with new subjects instead of starting from zero.

Why creators use HappyHorse for this job

The tool stays on the page

You do not have to read a guide, open another tab, and guess which controls matter. The workflow is already configured and the generator is directly below the explanation.

Short clips are cheaper to iterate

A 4 to 15 second shot is enough to judge motion, framing, and subject consistency. Iterate on a short clip first, then generate the final shot with the settings you trust.

One workspace for words, stills, and references

Text, image, and reference workflows share the same task history and controls, so you can move from a still-led shot to a reference-led shot without learning a second product.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about the workflow, the inputs, and what to expect from a first generation.

Can I animate a PNG logo?

Yes. Upload a clean logo image or paste a public image URL, choose image-to-video, and describe the reveal. A simple mark on a plain background gives the most predictable result.

Will the AI redraw my logo?

Any image-to-video model can alter fine details. State that the logo shape and proportions must stay unchanged, keep the motion simple, and review the clip before publishing. For exact brand assets, a motion designer still gives you the most control.

What aspect ratio should I use?

Use 1:1 for social avatars and square placements, 16:9 for video intros and presentations, and 9:16 for vertical stories. The workspace lets you change the ratio before generating.

How long should a logo reveal be?

Three to five seconds is usually enough. A short reveal is easier to reuse and less likely to overstay its welcome in an intro.
